We are happy to honor government rates if you are here on official business. Call us to set this up as our online reservation system will not automatically apply these rates. We can always honor these rates during the off-season. However, during the busy months -- Memorial Day through September -- rooms offered at this rate are based on availability.

If you're a regular business traveler to the Outer Banks, we'd love to be your home away from home. Having spent years traveling for work ourselves, we know what a comfort small things that feel more like home can be. So, after your second stay with us, we will offer you the option of filling out a form that will allow us to have your favorite beer or wine on hand, or a specific breakfast item that you especially like or maybe a movie rental that you've been wanting to see. Special discounts can also be worked out based on how often you stay with us. We love our repeat business guests, and we want you to be one of them!
